commercial fleet trailers repair

"I pull a trailer with my seal-coating equipment almost every day. If my trailer isn’t working, I don’t work. All Mac has helped me get back up-and-running in no time.”

We have been a certified DOT inspector since 2008 and inspect an average of 150 commercial vehicles every year.  You can bring your trucks and trailers to us, or we can come to you if you have a fleet.  Spring is our busiest season, so if you can schedule your inspection as soon as possible it will ensure your spot.

We service all types of trailers including Big Tex, Diamond C, PJ, Kaufman, Felling, Tow Master, United, and more!

Are your trailers used so much that they are rarely idle long enough to do a safety check? Are you constantly having issues with lights or does the thought of another DOT inspection keep you up at night? We have a solutions for you including early morning drop off, inspections while you wait, and we are open until 6:00pm Monday- Saturday.  We are here to help you run your business as efficiently as possible with safe equipment that does not get tagged for safety issues.

Speaking of efficiencies, we can also customize your work trailers to better meet your needs.  We can build custom shelving, storage, and re-positioned tie-downs.  We have moved propane storage tanks and lines to a safer travel location on a fleet of trailers and installed battery charging stations for devices so your employees can invoice at the job site or just plug in their phone so they answer when you call them!  It’s time to think outside the box and make your equipment truly work for you.  We can help you do that.

Trusting in Shawn and his company has been the easiest business decision I've ever made. Everyone at All Mac has been extremely helpful for all services I've ever needed. Shawn is one of the highest-integrity people I've ever met. Anything he says he's going to do will be done. Shawn will go to the ends of the Earth to help anyone. I called him once recently to rent one of his trailers. The trailer I inquired about was one that hadn't been used for about a year, but I was familiar with it. It was about 4:00pm and I was looking to pick it up in the next day or two. This trailer was behind two other trailers and hadn't moved for a while. Even though Shawn was incredibly busy with things he had to do for customers he said, "I can get it out, do a D.O.T. inspection on it and get it moving for you." That would probably be four hours of work in an already busy day for him. He would have stayed up until 11:00pm just to get it done for me. I politely declined that amount of effort and I rented a different trailer from him instead. Shawn will defiantly put your needs in front of his own. It's an honor to call him a friend and small business colleague.

After tire wear, the number one issue we see on commercial trailers are lights and wiring.  Sometimes it is an easy fix and other times we are amazed that mice can burrow that far into a structure.  If your trailers are constantly on the go, it’s usually a loose wire or a burnt-out bulb.  Whatever is causing the issue, we will get to the bottom of it and get you up and running again.

Sometimes the trailer you purchased no longer meets your needs.  Maybe you find that you are putting the maximum weight on your trailers and all you really need are new axles to support the new weights.  We replace axles all the time and can restructure your existing trailer, so it works for you years to come saving you the cost of a new trailer.  In addition to axles, we have added height to trailers, insulated trailers, added heat and storage. Whatever your needs are, let’s talk and see if we can redesign your trailer keeping it structurally safe while giving you a trailer that really works for you.
